Individual Styles

People differ from one another in the ways they approach a new situation. What are the causes of our behavioral differences if we are all human in nature? Is it our mind? Is it our personality? Is it our emotions? Is it the situation itself? Is it the people around us?

Each individual has a unique perspective of each situation which produces a distinctive conduct. Every moment is an active valid exploration: jumping right in the middle of the action, observing and analyzing from the distance or waiting for the perfect moment to get involved..

As teachers and parents, it is important to be aware and to respect each child’s individual style when dealing with the unexpected or while submerging in a new experience.
