FREEDOM

“Children do not learn to handle freedom by being told what to do all the time. Only when they have an opportunity to test themselves and make some decisions on their own, will they know their capabilities.”

Isn’t the early childhood education setting the ideal place to learn those concepts, when the teacher/child ratio is lower? Aren’t these social skills the foundation to learn new concepts and unfold your true potential of each individual? Without freedom and self discipline, you function in the world based on external motivations because your internal ones are not valid from your perspective because they have never been developed.
