About the creator: Cristina Barvo is an Early Childhood Educator. She graduated from UCLA and has more than ten years of experience teaching and consulting. She has trained with Alise Shafer at Evergreen Community School, George Forman from Project Zero/Harvard University, Gunilla Dahlberg and Harold Gothson in the Reggio Emilia Institute in Sweden. She was part of the founding staff of the Pedagogical Institute of Los Angeles and has trained teachers from all over the US and around the world.
